2. Refund Eligibility & Breakdown

Refunds are calculated based on the amount of work completed and operational expenses incurred at the time the request is received.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted after 15 days from the project start date

  • Services that have been fully delivered, launched, or approved

  • Delays caused by the client (such as late approvals, missing content, or incomplete information)

  • Services purchased under promotional, discounted, or special offers

  • Third-party costs including ad budgets, plugins, integrations, or hosting fees

4. Refund Request Process

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding work completion or refund eligibility, Elvito Communications will conduct an internal review in good faith. The final decision after review will be considered binding.
